Edit and Add Configuration of Ad platform

If you want publish app as android apk,you need add config to xxx-app.xml file.

Each ad platform may need some configuration such as permissions and activity or service, according to the platform witch you used add the corresponding configuration. As long as the use of a platform, and that the corresponding configuration platform must added to AndroidManifest.xml

For example admob need to add the following configuration permissions inside AndroidManifest.xml
<Uses-permission android: name = "android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<Uses-permission android: name = "android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE" />
<Uses-permission android: name = "android.permission.INTERNET" />
