License Agreement

Before using KeyMob Development Assistant software, you should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Unless you have a signed license agreement with our company, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept all these terms and conditions, you must immediately stop using the software.

Copyright

The customer acknowledges that the software, license keys, and accompanying user documentation ("Documentation") are copyrighted works owned by our company. Unless expressly granted herein, the customer has no rights to the above.

Software Distribution

If you do not copy or distribute license keys and include a copy of this license agreement, you may:

• Copy the software;
• Provide anyone with an accurate, unmodified copy of the software;
• Distribute the software electronically in its unmodified form.

You are specifically prohibited from charging any fees for such copies or distributions, and from modifying the software.

Term and Termination

As long as you comply with the terms and conditions of this license agreement, you may continue to use the software. If our company has reason to believe you have violated this license agreement, we have the right to terminate it immediately. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the software, license keys, and documentation, and you are not entitled to any refund of fees paid.

Warranty

Our company warrants and represents that:

• It owns all rights, title, and interest in the software, has the right to enter into and grant the licenses provided by this agreement, and is not a party to, nor will enter into, any agreement that conflicts with this agreement or encumbers the property rights;
• No expiration date or year will adversely affect the performance of the software;
• The software does not contain any harmful code (such as self-replicating program instructions commonly known as viruses, worms, or trojans).

Privacy

The desktop application shares information with our company to understand how our desktop application is used. This option is enabled by default. This information is associated with your account and allows us to provide you with a more personalized experience and help us improve product quality and features. The software only collects necessary information, such as authorization information, account information, and hosted data.

Third-Party Library Agreements

Our company uses multiple third-party libraries. You agree to comply with third-party library agreements and use the software as required. Our company is not responsible for misuse of third-party libraries.

Availability

Service description pages can be accessed globally, but this does not mean that all services or service features are available in your country/region, or that user-generated content available through the service is legal in your country/region. Some countries/regions may block access to certain services (or certain features or content). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is legal. The service is not available in all languages.

General Disclaimer

1. Except for the limited warranty set forth in this agreement, the software and documentation are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our company disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. Any liability of our company will be limited to a refund of the purchase price.
2. The product is prohibited from being used for any activity that violates local laws and regulations. If any violation is found, we have the right to stop your use of our products. Violations of the law will be reported to the relevant local authorities, and you will bear all resulting losses and liabilities.

Payment Terms

Please try the software before purchasing. No refunds or exchanges are supported after purchase.
If the product becomes unusable due to changes in related platforms, our company will actively adjust the product, but refunds or exchanges are not supported.
Activation codes are bound to the developer account and cannot be changed once bound. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Miscellaneous

The validity and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of China. If any provision of this agreement is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court in the location of KeyMob Development Assistant, that part or portion will be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
