Viewing Usage Records on iPhone and iPad
If you want to check the usage records of your iPhone or iPad for the past few months, KeyMob makes it easy. You can view detailed data about device usage, including app start and stop times, background app running times, and which hardware was used after launching an app (e.g., camera, microphone, speaker, Bluetooth, etc.).

- Open KeyMob and select Usage Records in the left navigation menu.

Clicking on Details reveals a more in-depth breakdown:

- By selecting the bar for 2025-1-12, you can see the energy consumption for that day and how the usage of hardware components changed over time.
- Between 10 AM and 12 PM, I used WeChat frequently. During this period:
- Display Dynamic (Screen) and Baseband (BB) power consumption were high, indicating active, high-bandwidth usage with the screen on, likely browsing or downloading.
- AudioSpeaker and Camera data were low, indicating that I wasn’t using video calls.
- Wi-Fi consumption was low, suggesting mobile data was being used.
These indicators represent the power consumption of various hardware modules in an iPhone. Here’s a breakdown of the key metrics:
- Total (Black): Total power consumption, showing the sum of all hardware module consumption.
- APSOCBaseIOReport (Red): Likely power usage related to the A-series SoC (System on Chip) base I/O operations.
